Rates & Services

Standard Notary Travel Fee ………………….. $39 (within a 10 mile radius)

Standard Notary Agent Fee ………………….. $15 per notarized signature

Jurats (oath – affirmation – affidavit) …………. $15 per notarized signature

The two most common forms utilized for notarization’s are Acknowledgments and Jurats

Apostille Fee: We can apostille foreign documents for you for a fee of $80 plus $20 per document that needs the apostille.

Waiting Fee: If we arrive at our agreed-upon meeting place on-time and we have to wait for you more than 15 minutes past our agreed-upon time, there will be a waiting fee of $1 per minute past the first 15 minutes that I have to wait for you, in addition to my above fees.

Airport Travel Fee:$60 travel fee for Notary Service calls to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or to Burbank Airport (BUR)

Inconvenience Fee: Your travel fee plus $10.00 per call if we travel to a scheduled signing and no signing takes place due to a signer’s inability or unwillingness to sign.

Parking Fee: will be the actual amount charged to the Notary by the hotel or hospital for parking. (If parking at your hotel is free with validation, then this charge does not apply! If there is convenient free parking on the street, we will opt for that first.)

Handling Service:  If client needs to forward notarized documents, without pre-paid /pre-printed envelope, we will manage the mailing for a $20 handling charge, plus carrier cost.
